With over two decades of experience, Timothy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Early in his career at Tyco, he successfully expanded the Pharmaceutical Industries sector, securing major clients such as Abbott Lab, Schering Plough, MSD, Eli Lilly, and Lonza.

In 2010, Timothy transitioned to Safe Engineering, initially partnering with the company before acquiring ownership four years later. Under his stewardship, Safe Engineering evolved from managing small-to-mid-tier projects to executing large-scale, value-added contracts with a strong emphasis on customer commitment and confidentiality.

Timothy’s dedication to operational excellence guided Safe Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. to achieve the prestigious ISO 45001 certification as well as the esteemed bizSAFE STAR accreditation in 2015.
